lmao Motel 6 I remember you xfiring me all the time with lame ass questions and sigs and trying to get on teams I was on.  But to answer your question, no.  I used to be a fatass when I sat around all day playing halo and cs.  After I quit I started training and getting serious about getting in to shape.  I lost over 140 pounds and still going at it.  Bench press is 340, Squat is 450, and my dead lift (sumo deads) is 420.  I spend 4 days lifting and 6 days at the park running.  Are you still a little nub trying desperately to belong?

Well I just thought I'd come over to check on what's going on with clanwars and see if it was still alive and kickin, pretty sweet that it's still going. Don't know if any of the old gamers are still around, but if you are, sup. I'm sure things are different here, as they should have been on the old stomping grounds. Sup prof!!! The ville is goin good Actually working for the Mesquite Police now so I'll probably be moving there so I can get a take home squad instead of using my own car to get back and forth to the department. How are things going with you?
